Estimate Validity

This estimate is valid for 30 days from the date issued, provided the project begins within that timeframe. Material pricing may change due to market conditions and availability.

Deposits & Scheduling

A deposit is required to accept this estimate, reserve your place on our schedule, and purchase any required materials. Deposits are fully refundable if the project is canceled within 48 hours of scheduled work. If payment is made by credit or debit card, the applicable 3% processing fee is non-refundable.

Payment

The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project. For your convenience, any remaining balance may be processed using the payment method on file unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Unforeseen Conditions & Additional Work

While we make every effort to provide accurate estimates, some conditions cannot be identified until work has begun. If unforeseen conditions or customer-requested changes require work beyond the original scope, we will pause the project whenever reasonably possible, explain the additional work needed, provide an updated estimate, and obtain your approval before proceeding. In rare situations where immediate action is necessary to prevent property damage, address a safety concern, or secure the project, limited emergency work may be performed before approval. Any such work will be communicated to you as soon as possible.

Project Changes

Any customer-requested additions or changes made after work has begun may affect the project cost and schedule.

Photography

By accepting this estimate, you grant Mr. Honey Do Services NWI permission to take before-and-after photographs of the project for quality documentation and possible marketing use. We will never intentionally include personally identifying information such as house numbers, addresses, personalized décor, or other identifying features.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. A one-time 3% Service Charge will be added to all CC/Debit Charges. Any deposit amount refunded will still reflect a 3% service charge if the deposit was paid via CC/debit. ACH bank payments (digital checks) are preferred to physically mailed in checks and do not incur a service charge. Checks should be made payable to "Mr. Honey Do Services NWI." A $35 insufficient funds fee will be applied to returned checks. Future payments may be required by cash, certified funds, or credit/debit card. Cash payments must be hand delivered to the Mr. Honey Do Services NWI office.

Mr. Honey Do Services NWI is a licensed business in Porter County, Indiana. We carry General Liability 1 Insurance and are bonded. Every employee successfully completes a national background check and drug screening before joining our team.
