Mr. Honey Do Services NWI was founded by father-and-son team Dale and Justin Dahlgren. What began in 2009 as a small operation performing odd jobs has grown into a trusted local handyman company serving families and property owners throughout Northwest Indiana.

Dale Dahlgren, Owner and Field Team Manager, brings decades of hands-on construction and project management experience to the business. Originally from Portage, Dale began working construction jobs as a teenager and earned his Certificate of Apprenticeship in Building Trades by age 18. His career later expanded into large-scale project management roles with Intel and Motorola in the microchip industry before ultimately returning home to Northwest Indiana to focus full-time on building Mr. Honey Do Services.

Alongside Dale is Dolores “Dee” Dahlgren, the company’s Business Manager and the heart of customer service operations. Dee oversees scheduling, communication, and office administration. Together, they are deeply committed to ensuring every technician not only has the technical skills and qualifications necessary but also demonstrates professionalism and trustworthiness customers deserve when welcoming someone into their home.
